I have been a therapist in private practice for fifteen years and have over 12,000 hours of experience working with clients to resolve a variety of issues, I specialise in helping adult survivors of childhood abuse as well as adults suffering from adult abuse. I also work with people who suffer with debilitating issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, feeling inadequate, people pleasing, trust issues, self-harm, suicide, OCD, anger issues and many more. I am not tied to any one method of therapy and tailor my treatment plan to your needs.

I see clients face to face in my clinic in Alnwick as well as online across the UK and worldwide.

To keep in line with industry standards and regulations, I am a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists, the General Hypnotherapy Register and have been awarded their industry-based qualifications and adhere to their code of ethics.

I also hold the qualification of PICT Diploma QC Practitioner in order to work in the field of abuse and trauma.
