The terms that apply to our work

These terms apply to all plumbing, heating and related work carried out by Drips Plumbing & Heating. By accepting a quote you agree to these terms.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information available at the time. If we find additional work is needed we will explain why and agree any extra cost with you before continuing.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. For larger installations we may ask for a deposit to order equipment. Care plans are paid monthly by direct debit.
Cancellations
If you book work at your home following a visit or online enquiry you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to start within that period you will pay for work already done.
Guarantees
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. New boilers and heat pumps carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which we will register for you. Warranties may require annual servicing.
Access And Safety
Please make sure we have safe access to the work area. If we find an unsafe gas appliance we are required to follow Gas Safe procedures, which may mean disconnecting it.
Liability
We are fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
