Care Plan Questions
Is there a minimum term?
Plans run for 12 months and renew annually. You can cancel at renewal at no cost.
Is my boiler eligible?
Most gas boilers under 15 years old that are in good working order are eligible. We check this at your first service.
When does breakdown cover start?
Breakdown cover on Silver and Gold plans starts once your first service has been completed and your boiler has passed its safety check.
What does the 24/7 helpline cover?
Any heating or plumbing emergency. Call 01632 960 911 day or night and we will advise you and send an engineer as quickly as possible.
